Video Conferencing -- Collaborating With Others On Your Team Regardless Of Where They're at In The World:
Meet Online, Anytime, Anywhere.
Now That's Technology!
Can you believe what we have available to us today?
I still have to pinch myself at times. The technology and tools we have available to use to help us run our businesses more effectively and more smoothly is just amazing.
One of those powerful tools that's really been getting a lot of recognition and press these past couple of years is Video Conferencing.
The fact that we can have offices in other cities across the world and with Video Conferencing be able to have board meetings, do training, share documents, show anything on our monitor to everyone else in the conference and a hundred other things is just simply amazing. The way we can work together via the internet is allowing astute businesses to grow even faster and is allowing personnel more flexibility on where they work from.
We are watching some industries do away with the expensive office space. With the right phone system (we can clue you in on this) and video conferencing staff members are now working from home. In expensive cities like New York and Los Angeles along with their long commutes, this has become a standard way of doing business.
While all of this is exciting to today's business owner (we discuss this in more detail at the other pages on video conferencing), lets get back to Video Conferencing specifically.
Personally, I don't know how I'd survive without video conferencing. Seriously! I'm hearing the same thing from business after business who are now using video conferencing.
There are three key ways in which businesses are using Video Conferencing ...
1) Internally to work with staff (more details). Learn how you can use Video Conferencing to work with your staff.
2) Sales teams are using it to help them with their sales (more details). Learn how Video Conferencing can give you a big boost to your sales!
3) Customer support is using it to work with their customers (more details). Learn how video conferencing can offer a higher level of service to your clients while also saving everyone a whole lot of time! You can even use it to do online eTraining.
All three are excellent uses of it. It can also be used for education and training. In fact, there's not to many industries that couldn't benefit from video conferencing.
Personally, I've used video conferencing for all three the past 10 years. Today there's no way you could take it away from me. As a sales person it would be like taking my car away and making me walk to my appointments. That's not going happen. And as a business owner, it allows me to more effectively work with my staff, to more effectively collaborate together on projects, and to save me time in working with customers.
Video conferencing has made a monumental difference in my business. Let us share with you how it can help you become more productive, more efficient and/or to help you increase your sales. Call us at 509-926-5529 or email us info@todaysprofitablebusiness.com.

We are seeing families of military personnel using a webcam and our video conferencing product to have real-time conversations with their families, or using a webcam (or digital camcorder) to create some video's of the family they can then share.
The possibilities are endless. What are you waiting for ...
